Plugin: Pre-processing (MT General)

Preparation of the source segments for machine translation. At the moment, Plugin performs the following changes:

• Detects end-of-lines in the source text and replaces them by the in-line tag, which is preserved in MT. This feature was implemented because some MT engines removes end-of-lines in translations and these need to be preserved.
