There are two types of sheet in every QAA report, Summary and Result.

COLUMN NAME

DESCRIPTION

Segment identification.

Segment ID

Segment ID per the original database.

Source (or custom source label from Annotation set)

Source segment.

MT Output (or custom label from Annotation set)

MT output for the source.

System Engine

Name of the MT system.

Domain

Domain or client name, as applicable.

Additional information

Optional additional info, e.g. a content flow.

Metadata

Propagated metadata from input CSV (Optional).

Word Count

Number of words.

Character Count

Number of characters.

Line Count

Number of lines of segment.

Scale Used

Scoring system ID.

First Step Source Visible

‘No’ in case the option ‘Hide Source Panel’ for given job was selected. Otherwise ‘Yes’.

Continue Later

‘Yes’ in case the Evaluator paused the evauatio nprocess on this record.

Score

Selected score value.

Adjusted Score

Selected score value.

Judgement Duration

Time spent on the segment judgement (numerical in fraction of hours).

Validation Duration

Time spent on the segment validation (numerical in fraction of hours).

Total time taken

Total Time spent on the segment(numerical in fraction of hours).

Evaluators’ comment

Update Count

How many additional segment edits were done.

Last Updated

Timestamp of the last edit.

Last Updated By

Name of the evaluator who made last edit.

Paragraph Id

paragraph identification(in case the contains the information is available)

In case the Job is configured with Annotation Set, the annotation values are added to the report. For each type of the text (source, translation1 or 2) the following details are added as new columns: each field header consist of combination of text type and annotation field.

For example, we have the Source annotation field named ‘Translation Issues’, This will be added to report as Source | Translation Issues column.
